We have receive support from Matt Price - CompletevB.com: "To download the skin you simply login and click customers area in the top right. Then click view status / download."

In Our Customers Area, we can not find any link for download.

- Item: Orange Peel vBulletin Skin
- Download Expiry: Disabled
- Action: None Available


After that we receive second email from Matt Price: "I just realized that you are using a proxy and that the system will block you from downloading until you turn it off and let us know."

to now we also can not Download the skin we order.

You two have e-mailed me a lot of times. I have answered both of you many times about how to do this. All that happened was that you were using proxies to view/buy/download your skin so our system blocked your computer from doing so.

The problem should be fixed now for each of you.
