General: css element "display:none" or "hidden" is used? (need to know for seo purposes)

About creativecreature:

- is it possible to have the right columns in all pages and not only in forum home?

About colortheory:
- is it possible to purchase the style with red instead the orange? (little modification in headerbg.gif and tcat_sb_left.gif for example, because my logo is blue and red)
- is it possible to purchase the style with the button set of creativecreature
(without extra charges)

Hey, that would be an additional charge of our hourly rate of $65/hour. (Custom coding is required)

The color change is something we stopped doing long ago, but because of the economy we will be willing to re-design it in red and code it again for $150.

As far as the button set, it comes with all skins for free.
