Can't Order: Custom Skin Order Form Error

Hi,

I'm trying to place a custom skin order using the 'Custom Skin Order Form' but every time I submit it I get a MySQL database error.

Do you have an email I can simply email all the details too?

I'm keen to get started asap with my VB skin project.

in subject put custom skin for matt.
