    I paid my license, I gave my phone number and never called me, I asked for the return of my paypal money and time and not have wanted me back, I think if it is stolen or goes, but I I have wanted to return and not have let me download my template.

    I am sorry you feel that way but I do the coding but it is up to matt since there was nothing wrong at all and only you not able to download cause of certain issues I am not sure how that will be handled.

    ales,

    you have been able to download your style and matt takes care of all refunds and stuff like that. I just do coding. I will get ahold of him again but your style has been able to be downloaded for quite some time now. Now you refuse to download it and want your money back. I am not sure how that will be handle cause you paid for a service and you was able to download it ...You still can download at this point but you refuse. As nothing is wrong with the theme or the service the refund has to be up to matt .

    Here I upload a screenshot to show you because I could not download my style, I have paid and first told me to download, then for me to give a telephone number which they never called me, now when I communicate with Matt for my money what it does is deactivate my license and not refund my money. What do you expect me to think CompleteVB?, If I return the money and not let me download my style.

    I figured out why my screen looked like that. I received an activation email. I guess I didnt see it right away. So, check your inbox for that email.
    Once you click the link in your activation email, your Customer Area screen will change, that is where you will be asked to enter in your info and do the telephone verification.
