Someone else claims they bought a skin for me and it would be fine for me to use the skins according to your terms.

You have to personally buy every skin you plan to use or it is against our TOS. Not to mention nearly impossible for us to support your or give you any updates if your username doesn't have the skin attached to it. Buy it from us for $34 and problem solved..
