    Default Help needed. Customer area not working after the payment

    Hi

    I have purchased the skin, just few min's back. As i read in another thread that, when u finish with the payement u need to click the customers area to download the skin


    But I am not getting any option but instead getting this

    you do not have permission to access this page. This could be due to one of several reasons:

    Your user account may not have sufficient privileges to access this page. Are you trying to edit someone else's post, access administrative features or some other privileged system?
    If you are trying to post, the administrator may have disabled your account, or it may be awaiting activation.



    Sorry, I am a bit worried as the payment was through and the customer area is not working.

    It's still showing you as a junior member and not a customer so I would just send an email off to sales and Matt will get your permissions fixed. Seems to be something that happens every now and then.

    Same here. I need to be fixed up as well. I just bought a skin yesterday.

    I figured out why my screen looked like that. I received an activation email. I guess I didnt see it right away. So, check your inbox for that email.
    Once you click the link in your activation email, your Customer Area screen will change, that is where you will be asked to enter in your info and do the telephone verification.


    Please check spam filter and also in customer area you can change your email address. It is best to make it same as forum cause you need to have it activate first off. I have matt looking at it and we do not see anything wrong except that.
