    Ok I bought a skin. Got a PM from admin and email saying my order has been processed but I cannot download anything in the customers area. When will my download be avaliable?

    I spend my friend the same thing and it's time and I have left to download, demanded the return of my money and did not accept, and lost $ 35, bone CompleteVB stole my money.

    Thanks. On other skin site's, when the transaction was completed, I was instantly able to download the skin. It seems like there is some issues here after reading a few threads.
    I hope I will be able access my purchase soon.

    All you need to do for downloading errors is email sales@completevb.com and it will be fixed within 24 hours.

    In the mean time, I don't know why you can't access so I need you to contact me with your transaction ID.

    I have PM you my transcation id, please solve it as early as possible.

    Because of the skin, all my work is pending and i am not able to proceed further.
