    Default Customer Service

    I have contacted you guys through the email given on the download, the contact us form, Matt's gmail (does not work) and even tried contacting you guys through the forums, but I have not received a single reply.

    I purchased a skin on New Years Eve and the download area only shows the copyright removal, no skin. I went through everything correctly, but your system is not given me the download. I need this ASAP and I'm tired of waiting for a reply or hoping your emails work...

    Will someone PLEASE check for my emails and reply? This is ridiculous. Especially when the relaunch is talking about focusing on customer service.

    That was before the relaunch. All of the skin fixes happened after the relaunch. Go download the skin again in your customers area. Did you even look through the help center?

    No where does it state you should ever contact me personally for support.

    1. If nobody is replying to my emails, how do I get in touch with someone? By waiting a week so hopefully someone finally decides to answer a simple email? I guess we resort to these types of responses instead.

    2. There is still no download link for the latest skin I purchased. Only an older skin that has a renew link. I won't be using that one, nor did I ever use it. I don't need that one, I need the latest one I purchased.

    3. The help center has absolutely nothing about this issue. Is this response to someone else by accident? I don't understand your skin fixes response as it has absolutely nothing to do with me...

    1. Check your email.

    2. If you can't download it is because you have not paid for the renewal after 1 year of access for THAT skin. You are 42 days expired on the license.

    3. There is actually 3 threads in the help center related to this that all tell you the same thing. I suggest reading: http://www.completevb.com/help-cente...bled-read.html

    I have looked into your account and see that you are 42 days expired with 1 license that you must renew. You never bought a new skin under this account. If you did, please email sales@completevb.com the Paypal transaction ID so we can verify. Please refrain from posting negative comments on our forums until searching the forums/help center.

    PS: It is obvious you joined in 2009 and thus, the skin would be expired since licenses last 1 year.

    Upon further investigation, it seems you have not purchased another skin, you actually just tried to purchase the branding free ADD ON. You need to go back to that skin, click add to cart, and purchase the actual theme. No wonder the download didn't go through!

    You might want to go back and fix that cart then. I went to purchase the skin, as I have done before. I added the branded free option, but the skin was the first thing I added and then had the option to "add on" to the purchase.

    Of course, my fault though.
