I'm thinking about to buy a style (one of the dark styles ).

1) I'd like to have that style installed as it is (with minor changes to the logo) and additional for advanced users with some modifications. They shall get another menu and some more features. Do I have to buy two licences? It's one domain only.

2) Does the Renewal fee means I have to remove the bought skin if I don't pay for a renewal or do I just lose the ability to get updates?

1) i would say you can go with 1 license

2) you just cannot download any future updates but you can use the style as long as you want.
