Hi, I live in Australia and after purchasing two styles online I have been waiting since 7pm last night for my phone call (it's now 10am) in order to receive the PIN so I can download the templates, how long do you want me to stand by my phone with my computer screen open?

I also sent an email not long after the purchase but haven't received a response as yet.

Please understand people can get a little anxious when spending $150 online and then finding out after they can't access the product.

I purchased the arena skin 4 hours ago and received an automated email:
