    Default What do we do?

    We paid for our skin, branding removal, and installation 2 days ago, we still cannot download ourselves from the customer area, and we are unable to get ahold of anyone here that will follow thru with the sale, the branding removal or the installation, based on what we purchased.

    What do we do next....

    I paid for a template and have not heard from anyone since the 4th. I had no choice but to open a Paypal Dispute on July 10th to which Matt did not even bother to respond and it is now the 18th. I called Paypal and spoke to a supervisor and told me they have only a few complaints about Matt but not many people bothered to open disputes I think probably because they know like I do that Paypal does not tend to side with the buyer in the case of virtual goods. Anyways, I was told that the more people who open Paypal disputes, the better chance that Paypal will be able to help regardless of being a virtual good or not. At least this was a learning experience for us all.

    That's usually the place to get responses for theme downloading issues.
    Yes, and other email addresses I found including the email on his paypal account (articodesign.com). He is not responding to any of them which is why I suggest people just open Paypal disputes so Paypal can perhaps shutdown his account or at least force him to provide the templates. It's too bad, I had to find another theme site to buy from, but I would still love to get the template I paid for. Matt is a great designer.

    We did open a paypal dispute last night, something just didn't seem right, I am going to have my wife call them in a few...and just see if we can get it reversed totally...

    When you call make sure to mention that other people currently have open Paypal disputes and that you are worried that even more people might have your same experiences. In the past this always seemed to help me when I called them.

    I have tried both here on the forum and via email to find a resolution to Matt going AWOL.

    What a dissapointing position to be placed into and now I'm also going to have to open a PayPal dispute - more emails and more stress

    This should be an easy automated system through a quick online payment method but instead it's a mess.

    One sure fire way to get a bad rep is mess up on the internet.
    We called paypal, they said we had to wait until he answered the dispute...or 10 days...so now my money is tied up for 10 days...you are right more stress and more bull.

    All of our e-mails have fallen on deaf ears....this is really too bad, he has some nice skins on this site
