It will allow you to receive all updates automatically via the customer back-end. Additionally, our system has switched to a licensing system on a year-to-year license basis. You will recieve 100% reliable support for an entire year as well as free access to important updates dealing with vBulletin versions and automatically be added to our mailing list for promotions. These promotions will be highlighting deals that will be exclusive to previous customers and may even be free skin give-a-ways!

What should new and old customers be aware of?

• What has changed behind the scenes:

First off, all previous and new customers should be extremely excited that this change has been made. We are completely stepping up our service, quality, and support to all customers. The staff of CompletevB.com wants everyone to know that the old way we ran the business was not how we intended it to be ran. On a lighter note, we have hired a new professional coder that is responsible for some of the cleanest code you will find compatible with vBulletin. He is going to be a huge asset to this business and I am sure all of you will appreciate this new addition as much as we will.

• When purchasing a template on the new system:

The new system is a bit different. In fact, it is so automated that we will be able to create way more pre-made vBulletin skins then we ever had. All customers can expect at least one new premium template released bi-monthly.

• You may now purchase "add-ons" with all pre-made vBulletin skins:

When purchasing a vBulletin skin from CompletevB, there are new options available that will save us all time compared to the old system we had implemented. With just a few clicks of the button you may select the following features and add a little extra service to your order:
  1. Installation Add-on:
    With this new add-on, we will automatically install the vBulletin skin to your forums for a standard affordable fee. We will do so with 48 hours of purchasing the additional option.

  2. Non-Branding Fee Add-on:
    The non-branding fee add-on allows users to purchase an easy and affordable solution to hiding our copyright link in the footer as well as advertising banners. This option does not however automatically remove them. To receive instructions removing the branding on your forums, please contact MMoore on the support forums.

What is new on our support forums?

• New customization zone on pre-made skins.

In this section of the support forum, you can easily request custom-work from a CompletevB staff member to customize your pre-made vBulletin skin for a set rate.

• New support ticket system.

When you have a problem, whether be urgent or not, there is a new way to post on the support forums. You can select urgency as well as view the project/ticket status at any time. This will help everyone stay uniformly organized and on top of things such as template/style/upload/zip errors.
