About the telephone verification system:
This is an important thread for ALL customers to read before, during, or after a sale. Since the back-end update that occurred on August 1st, we have included a mandatory phone verification at the time of download for customers to confirm their identity to cut down on credit card fraud. This is a huge deal and we are quite frankly, tired of dealing with a mass load of scammers / fraudsters that will no longer be able to penetrate our back-end.
The new system is easy for anyone to use. Simple rules to follow so that you can get your download:
- You simply need to be NEXT to your phone when you call it as it calls right after hitting submit.
- Only use a cell phone or house phone.
- For international numbers, be sure to include the leading "+" sign followed by the country code.
Why we switched to it:
All the big companies such as google, sitepoint, flippa, etc... have switched to phone verification to manually check the trustworthiness of a customer or user. We are simply complying with the trend and helping real buyers here at CompletevB protect their skin from being on Google for free for others to get when they paid for the skin.
If it isn't working for you, here is what you do:
E-mail sales@completevb.com the number you gave us and we will check to see if they called you or not, and if you answered the phone. If it doesn't work, then we will have to manually check and make sure it is all set to go. Do not PM me personally as we have staff ready to answer your email and support you with this.

I design phone systems for a living... it would make sense for the thing to offer a repeat option or wait until you press a key to start saying the code
