Quick question, why does the 4.0 version of this theme look so different than the 3.8 version?

We had to re-do the header area to work with the 4.0 navigation. We thought we might as well make the entire skin look way better while we were recoding it anyway. This was our first skin EVER released at Completevb, so it was quite out-dated.
