vBulletin 4.0 Themes and Custom 4.0 vBulletin Skins

How can I adjust the forum width in Collsiion so it doesn't stretch to the entire screen width? I would like to leave a thin border on each side. I tried changing the main table width in style manager from 100 to 95% but nothing changed???
