Forums are going to be re-structured and re-organized to improve support and provide an area for general skin support based on each skin name which will allow us to find tickets faster and solve problems quicker. Also, customers can see other related skin questions only pertaining to their skin so customers will be able to look through previously asked questions and their answers.

Expect them to be down no longer than 24-48 hours.
