So you buy the skin from our main site and can't seem to find the download area? This is a common problem with certain users that try to access our website in a certain way, we are working to fix. We are taking steps to make the process more obvious but in the mean time, here is the easiest way to get access to your download:

WHERE IS THE DOWNLOAD AREA?
The download area can be accessed by following these easy steps:

STEPS:
Go to your customers area by logging in at the top right of our website, then click "Customers Area," and then click View Status / Download next to your license.

DOWNLOAD IS DISABLED?
The system AUTOMATICALLY blocks your IP from downloading if you are using any type of proxy to access the download or view any material on our site. This is for customer protection to combat fraud. DO NOT USE A PROXY.

FIX:
If you find yourself blocked and you were using a proxy, we will require you to e-mail sales@completevb.com with your username, skin purchased, and paypal transaction ID. Once we manually verify your purchase we will re-live your access and you can try again without a proxy.

STILL CAN'T GET THE DOWNLOAD?
If you are not using a proxy and your still experiencing a problem accessing your download, please first go to your customers area by logging in at the top right of our website, then click "Customers Area," and then click View Status / Download next to your license.

FIX:
If you DO NOT have the option to View Status / Download and you think you should, please email sales@completevb.com with your username, skin purchased, and paypal transaction ID. I will fix your account within 1 business day.

DOMAIN NOT WORKING WHEN YOU ENTER IT?
Our system is inferior as of date and we require all domains to be entered as a .com extension regardless if they are or not. We are working on a fix for this!

FIX:
When entering your domain, enter it as a .com extension in the following format: domain.com

Please note these are not normal situations, and only happen on very few amount of customers. It just seems that those customers tend to freak out and post everywhere that we are "scamming" or "ripping them off," when in reality we are doing everything we can to help them get their download.
