We would love to hear your thoughts about the re-design we launched today, January 3, 2011. We have put weeks of work into this version and fixed all the reported errors with the old website. Everyone here at CompleteVB is very excited to start a new leaf this year and as the splash page stated for the last week, this entire website was a new years resolution of mine.

If you find any bugs please post them here as well. We look forward to fixing anything we may have missed in the million lines of code.

I truly think the new revamped site is awesome - looks great and really makes me look forward to what the future holds for this site.

Yes we do. We have structured the help center to answer all basic questions that everyone used to ask. If you have a bug to report we request you post it in the support forum with that skin name and wait for the next vBulletin update. We will fix your bug but we will not have time to post in each and every thread.

certainly looks good thats for sure, but as of trying to go back and look at my old support threads that are no longer there sucks big time.
i try to view my old posts and get "Sorry - no matches. Please try some different terms. "

That is because we have fixed them (and you can find the fix in the Customers Area) or we posted the fixes in the Help Center for everyone to view.
