I uploaded image.
Installed product matt etc etc
Installed style shiny green fluid

Once visited my forums only logo image and few other images were there. No css and everything else looked like default vbulletin skin. Sorry I can't post screenshot, but I will if I have to. Thanks.

Sounds like the /images folder was uploaded in the wrong place. We would need a link to your live forums to diagnose but make sure you follow the directions in the readme.txt in the .ZIP you downloaded.
