How CompleteVB got its start:

CompleteVB started with just a designer and coder duo. Over the last 5 years we have went through 3 complete re-designs and I think we can finally say we have one we can keep! Now we are a specialized staff of 4 internet professionals. We have grown the business from scratch in early 2007 to just over 25,000 members and currently the site gets ~1.2 million page views/year! We are growing by 10-15 members a day with no plans on slowing down. Our network currently provides and supports a total of 38 vBulletin themes that were custom created from scratch to help admins give a place their members can fall in love with. Big thanks to everyone that made this possible and we just wanted to say we couldn't have done it without you.

Where we plan to be by the end of 2012:

This year will be a crazy one. Hold on. We plan on redoing all of our single themes (non-series templates) into complete colored series of 3-4 themes each. We want every theme to have color options and also feel that we can really improve on some of the old designs and coding to create an even better theme. We will be allowing all current license holders for these themes get access to the newly redesigned versions completely free. To put this into perspective, we will then be responsible for supporting roughly 75 themes! Talk about a handful... You guys are worth it though!

There are many many more ideas in the pipeline for the year. We are in talks about possible partnerships to expand our reach and we also plan on hiring 1-2 more coders to help speed up the development process as well as support customers more effectively.

Complete VB - Premium vBulletin Skins & vBulletin Themes

Matt this sounds great. And i want to congratulate you and your team on what you have achieved over the years.
Your designs really are ahead of your competitors. This is the reason for your well earned success!


The only thing i want to see improved is the supoort level. Many threads in the forum stay unanswered for days, sometimes weeks. Users very often have to ask again to have their question answered.
Maybe you think of an additional service level that one can buy?

The goal is to eventually go to a full ticket support system when we add a new support agent to the team full-time. That will allow us to treat every customer specifically and directly on a personal level. Thanks for the kind comments.

Would be nice if you could buy all the colors of a theme in a bundle. So instead of $104.95 for the four Aesthetica themes (taking into account the Buy 2 Get 1 Free Offer), you can get all four for say $99.00 in one download package.

I like that. So you think offering the sets in bundles for $99 would be desirable... I will see what I can do.

Good suggestion Wayne. This would help us admins a lot. We can provide different colour schemes but don't have to do our template changes to every style in a different way. I'm offering 3 different styles and I have loads of template changes to do. A good part of them are different to each style.

With the current pricing it is not so easy to pay the full price just for different colours. This let's yout think at least twice.

I am looking forward to using as many themes as possible for my sections and to offer my client/members a choice of overall theme. This just makes life all that much rosier for me. Thanks Matt!

I love the idea of more color options for existing themes.

Any word on when the new Totally Pro color options will be released? It was originally scheduled for march, but is that still the case?

We plan on having all the series designed and ready to implement into vBulletin this spring/early summer. The idea is that the summer time will be the main area of activity where we upgrade all older themes into beautiful complete colored series. Almost all of our efforts in the next few weeks are going toward our partnership with vBulletin and finishing up all outstanding custom themes.
